Google builds renewables next to its data centers

Hi Watchers!

It’s getting to be crunch time for hyperscalers to find renewables, and even the generation construction projects they partner on are tough to get connected to the grid.

Here is an article about Google’s $20B project with Intersect Power to develop wind and power on data center campuses that will skip the multiyear wait for grid connection. Locations were not disclosed.
